I purchased a HD antenna in July which was not only defective, but didn't perform as advertised.Customer support is non-existent, they failed to respond to both phone and e- mail messages.

After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they miraculously responded immediately claiming they refunded my money to PayPal in August. PayPal has no record of receiving a refund. Since Antennadeals refused to respond, I had to call the manufacturer of the antenna to receive a RMA # to return the mdse. to Antennadeals.

Now they not only have my money and the antenna, they have the audacity to claim their 60 day money back guarantee is now expired!!! The BBB complaint is on-going.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
